Airport Transfer
- Parking & Toll charges will be extra as per actual.
- Rs.100 will be charged extra for Placard.
Local Car Rental
- Distance and Time will start and end at the customer pickup point.
- Parking & Toll charges will be extra as per actual.
- AC will switch off in Parking.
- Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10 PM and 6 AM.
- The final amount will depend on the actual travelled distance.
Outstation Round Trip
- Distance and Time will start and end at the customer pickup point.
- Parking, Toll and State entry charges will be extra.
- Hill station Charge: Rs.500 for Mini, Sedan & Innova, Rs.1000 for Tempo Traveller & Mini Buses. (Applicable only for those bookings done from Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai & Chennai Cities)
- AC will switch off while climbing hill & Parking.
- Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10PM and 6 AM.
- One day means one calendar day (from midnight 12 to midnight 12).
- The final amount will depend on actual travelled distance and days.
One Way Deal
- Distance and Time will start at customer pickup point and end at drop point.
- Parking, Toll and State entry charge excluded.
- AC will switch off while climbing hill & Parking.
- Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10 PM and 6 AM.
- One day means one calendar day (from midnight 12 to midnight 12).
- The final amount will depend on actual travelled distance and days.
Tour Packages
- Package amount includes Accommodation, Complimentary breakfast, Parking, Tolls, Driver Allowance, Fuel, State entry tax & Sightseeing.
- Package Amount Excludes 5% GST on Total Amount.
- Driver Allowance will be extra if the driver drives between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel the booking before 24 hours prior to the time of the journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the booking amount.
Refunds
